The Challenge
When we started the campaign, NetReputation faced several SEO roadblocks:
- High competition from top-tier agencies like Reputation.com and BrandYourself
- Declining organic traffic despite a solid backlink profile
- Stagnant keyword rankings for competitive ORM-related terms like “remove negative reviews,” “online reputation repair,” and “reputation management for individuals

How Did We Achieve the Results
- A strategic keyword research plan was implemented, identifying over 50 high-converting keywords aligned with user intent, such as “reputation management pricing” and “remove negative content from Google.” These keywords were mapped to specific pages across the funnel and served as the foundation for new content development and on-page optimization.
- We optimized over 40 pages of content, including service pages, long-form blogs, and pillar posts. Each page was crafted with a focus on topical authority, semantic keyword inclusion, and user engagement.
- We helped them with a link-building campaign using guest blogging, media outreach, and brand awareness, resulting in high-authority backlinks from niche-relevant publications.
- As part of our off-page SEO strategy, we developed a consistent stream of high-quality guest post content tailored to authoritative sites in the digital marketing, business, and tech niches.
The Results
